RESOLUTION #182-2008
APPROVAL OF 2009 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET
AND TAX LEVY
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, does hereby appropriate out of the receipts of
the City of Muskego for the year 2009 including monies received from the General Property Tax
Levy, to the various funds and purposes set up in the budget presented herewith for the purposes
therein stated, the following amounts:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Special Revenue Funds budget for 2009 as attached is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That there is hereby levied a tax of $11,521,054 on all taxable
property within the City of Muskego as returned by the City Assessor in the year 2008 for the
uses and purposes set forth in the 2009 Budget.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
to spread this tax on the current tax roll of the City of Muskego.
