RESOLUTION #181-2008
CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE THE HERDEMAN MATTER
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby
authorize the settlement of the matter of Henry Herdeman vs. the City of Muskego,
payment of $5,000 towards the resolution of said matter, and execution of the
Easement Maintenance Agreement by Mayor Johnson.
