COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #178-2008
RESOLUTION REGARDING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
AND MERIT PAY/INCENTIVE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the “Annual Employee Performance
Evaluation” tool and “Merit Pay/Incentive Program” on April 8, 2008 with the
adoption of Resolution #064-2008; and
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole has reviewed the program and
determined that it should be retained as adopted, however, the merit pay
percentages should be reviewed on an annual basis as part of the budget
process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Committee Of The Whole, does
hereby determine that the merit pay percentages outlined in the “Merit
Pay/Incentive” program shall be reviewed on an annual basis.
