PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE RESOLUTION
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real
estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated
as a street, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said ¼ section; thence
N.8744'48"E., along the north line of said ¼ section, 1338.45 feet to a point said
point being the Northwest corner of GOLDEN COUNTRY ESTATES
SUBDIVISION; thence S.0046'01"E., along the west line of said Subdivision,
653.44 feet to the Southwest corner of LOT 44 in said Subdivision and the point
of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing S.0046'01"E., along
said West line, 60.00 feet to a point, said point being the North line of LOT 45 in
said Subdivision; thence N.8913'59"E., along said line, 150.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of said LOT 45; thence N.0046'01"W., 60.00 feet to the
Southeast corner of LOT 44 in said Subdivision; thence S.8913'59"W., along the
South line of said LOT 44, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 9,000 sq. ft.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is designated in red on a
map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit “A.”
