RESOLUTION #164-2008
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR PAVING
ENGEL CONSERVATION AREA PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, The following quotes were received to pave the parking lot at the Engel
Conservation site:
Black Diamond Paving $22,170.00
Payne & Dolan $21,573.00
Merit Asphalt $21,413.00
WHEREAS, In June of 2007, the Conservation Commission recommended that the
parking lot be paved; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed project and has
recommended acceptance of the quote from Merit Asphalt in the amount of $21,413.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the quote submitted by Merit Asphalt in the amount of $21,413 for paving the Engel
Conservation area parking lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That funding for the project is available in the
Conservation Special Revenue Fund.
