RESOLUTION #159-2008
APPROVAL OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO ASSIST THE CITY ASSESSOR
WHEREAS, The City desires to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc.
dba Cole Layer Trumble Co. to provide services to assist the Assessor in maintaining
assessed values for residential and commercial real property that has undergone
physical changes during the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2010; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the Articles of Agreement and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. dba Cole Layer Trumble Co.
dated November 1, 2008 for professional services to assist the City Assessor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer and Assessor are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the City subject to approval
of the City Attorney.
