Excerpts of Minutes of Meeting
of the
Common Council of the
City of Muskego
A regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, was duly called, noticed, held and conducted in the manner required by the Common
Council and the pertinent Wisconsin Statutes on August 26, 2008. The Mayor called the meeting
to order at 8:12 p.m.
The following members were present:
Aldermen Fiedler, Schaefer, Schneider, Werner, Borgman and Pavelko
The following members were absent:
Alderman Snead
(Here occurred business not pertinent to the financing.)
The following resolution was then moved by Ald. Borgman and seconded by Ald.
Schneider:
RESOLUTION NO. 157-2008
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $2,450,000 WATER
SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BONDS AND OTHER
DETAILS WITH RESPECT TO THE BONDS
(A true copy of the resolution as adopted is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.)

Upon the vote being taken, the following voted
Aye: Aldermen Fiedler, Schaefer, Schneider, Werner, Borgman and Pavelko
Nay: None
Abstaining: None
and the resolution was declared adopted.

Upon motion made and seconded, the Common Council adjourned.

I, Janice Moyer, am the duly qualified and acting City Clerk-Treasurer of the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct excerpt of the official minutes of
the Common Council meeting of August 26, 2008 with respect to Common Council action to
authorize the issuance and sale of Water System Revenue Bonds.
I further certify that the attached is a true and correct copy of the resolution adopted by
the Common Council at such meeting.
