COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #149-2008
APPROVAL OF 66.0301 COOPERATIVE CONTRACT TO SHARE
THE SERVICES OF THREE POLICE LIAISON OFFICERS
2008 - 2009
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego indicated its intent to
continue participation in the Police Liaison Officer Program with the adoption of
Resolution #97-2008; and
WHEREAS, The Muskego-Norway School District has also indicated its intent to
continue participation in the program for 2008 - 2009; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached contract and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached 66.0301 Cooperative Contract to Share the Services of Three Police
Liaison Officers for 2008 - 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Chief of Police are authorized to
execute the contract in the name of the City.
