COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #139-2008
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE VOUCHERS
WHEREAS, Because the September 9, 2008 Common Council meeting is being
canceled, it is necessary to authorize the Mayor to approve any vouchers that need to
be disbursed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to approve any vouchers that need to be
disbursed in lieu of Common Council approval due to the cancellation of the
September 9, 2008 Council meeting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Finance Department Supervisor is authorized to
release the approved voucher checks and release of funds as an extension of the
Common Council giving the Mayor said authority as stated above.
