RESOLUTION #127-2008
RECOGNITION OF 25 YEARS OF SERVICE
JAMES P. KAEBISCH – CITY OF MUSKEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, on June 6, 1983, James P. Kaebisch began his career with the City of Muskego
Police Department as a patrol officer; and
WHEREAS, Jim was promoted to the position of Detective on June 6, 1996; and
WHEREAS, on June 27, 2006, Jim was promoted to the position of Patrol Sergeant and was

assigned to the 3 shift; and
WHEREAS, Jim was promoted to Staff Sergeant on April 5, 2007; and
WHEREAS, and also in April of 2007, Jim was promoted to the position of Lieutenant; and
WHEREAS, Jim has been a member of the Tactical Team since June, 1985; and
WHEREAS, April of 1997, Jim became one of the first officers to become Computer Voice
Stress Analyzer (CVSA) certified; and
WHEREAS, October 2007 Jim graduated from the Northwestern University’s School of Police &
Staff Command; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does
hereby recognize and appreciate the 25 years of dedicated service provided by James P.
Kaebisch to the citizens of the City of Muskego.
