COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #125-2008
APPROVAL TO USE U.S. BANK ON-SITE ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, U.S. Bank offers On-Site Electronic Deposit (OED), which streamlines the
deposit process; and
WHEREAS, The City Clerk-Treasurer is recommending the use of U.S. Bank On-Site
Electronic Deposit for depositing the City’s revenues; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the use of On-Site Electronic
Deposit and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the use of U.S. Bank On-Site Electronic Deposit for depositing the City’s revenues.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk is authorized to sign any documents
required by U.S. Bank to implement On-Site Electronic Deposit.
