RESOLUTION #111-2008
AWARD OF BID
2008 Road Improvement Program
Whereas the City engineers have recommended that the City accept the total alternate
base bid submitted by Black Diamond for the 2008 Road Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, The total alternate base bid submitted Black Diamond is $559,960.25; and
Whereas, the Finance Committee has received the recommendation of the City
engineers and wishes to accept the total alternate base bid submitted by Black
Diamond for the 2008 Road Improvement Program because Black Diamond is the
lowest responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the total alternate base bid submitted by Black Diamond in the amount of $559,960.25
for the 2008 Road Improvement program because Black Diamond is the lowest
responsive bidder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineer.
