Resolution Acknowledging

The 15 Anniversary of Ownership of
InPro Corporation
WHEREAS, InPro Corporation (IPC) was founded in 1979 under the name of
Institutional Products Corporation; and
WHEREAS, On June 18, 1993, Stephen Ziegler purchased Institutional Products
Corporation. The corporate name was changed in September 1995 to InPro
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, Today the corporation is the nation’s leading provider of interior and
exterior architectural products, and a global leader in its industry; and
WHEREAS, InPro Corporation has become one of Muskego’s leading employers
with a staff of 383 people working from facilities located in the Muskego Industrial
Park; and
WHEREAS, InPro Corporation has been an exemplary corporate citizen through its
direct financial support of numerous community initiatives and charities, as well as
the Muskego-Norway School District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego acknowledges the accomplishments and contributions of InPro
Corporation since June of 1993 and extends its best wishes to Chief Executive
Officer Stephen J. Ziegler and all the employees of the corporation.
