RESOLUTION #106-2008
AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
R. A. SMITH NATIONAL, INC. FOR
MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING AND
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES FOR 2008
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached professional services
agreement between the City of Muskego and R. A. Smith National, Inc. for engineering
and inspection services related to land divisions for a period of two years beginning on
the date of execution of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Agreement in the name of the City.
