COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #099-2008
APPROVAL OF FEE SCHEDULE
FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, It was determined by the Public Works Committee that fees for work
performed by the Department of Public Works be increased as reflected on the
attached schedule; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code provides that fees referred to in said
chapter shall be from time to time established by Resolution of the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Fee Schedule for the Department of Public Works effective
immediately.
