COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #098-2008
APPROVAL ACCESS AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND LYLE FICKAU
WHEREAS, An Access Agreement between the City and Lyle Fickau has been
approved annually for the past several years; and
WHEREAS, The Agreement provides access to farmland adjacent to the Engel
Conservation Land; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached Agreement for 2008
and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Access Agreement between the City and Lyle Fickau.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Agreement in the name of the City.
