RESOLUTION #088-2008
APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT #4 BETWEEN
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND BONESTROO, INC.
FOR PARK ARTHUR DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board and Finance Committee have
recommended approval of the attached Supplemental Agreement #4 between the City
of Muskego and Bonestroo, Inc. for Park Arthur Design and Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Supplemental Agreement #4 between the City of Muskego and Bonestroo,
Inc. for Park Arthur Design and Development with the money to be taken from the Park
Dedication Account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement on
behalf of the City.
