RESOLUTION #068-2008
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
PUBLIC WORKS AND UTILITIES DEPARTMENTS AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
JANUARY 1, 2008 - DECEMBER 31, 2008
WHEREAS, A settlement has been reached between the negotiators for the City of
Muskego and the negotiators for the employees of the Public Works and Utilities
Departments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the agreement, as attached, between the employees of
the Public Works and Utilities Departments and the City of Muskego for the period
January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 subject to ratification by the employees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
execute the labor agreement.
