COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #065-2008
APPROVAL OF MASTER PLAN FOR PARK ARTHUR
WHEREAS, A final Master Plan for Park Arthur, located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, was
designed by Bonestroo, Inc. and approved by the Parks and Recreation Board on
February 11, 2008; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission held a public informational session on April 7, 2008
regarding the newly proposed amended site plan for Park Arthur; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 033-2008 on April 7,
2008, which approved the Park Arthur Site Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Master Plan for Park Arthur (stamped by the Plan Department as having been received
on February 20, 2008) subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 033-2008.
