DENIAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 24, 2007 to finalize a two-lot
land division of the Lawlis property located on Durham Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 11
(Tax Key #2204.998); and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission denied Resolution #P.C. 089-2007 without prejudice
due to the petitioners submitting a letter that they would like the CSM removed from
consideration; and
WHEREAS, According to the Chapter 18 Land Division Ordinance, all formally
submitted CSMs must be acted upon even if withdrawn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby deny
without prejudice the certified survey map to finalize a two-lot land division of the Lawlis
property located on Durham Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 11.
