COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #061-2008
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR UTILITIES CUBE VAN
WHEREAS, The approved 2008 budget included the replacement of a 1988 Utilities
Cube Van for the Public Utilities Department; and
WHEREAS, The following three quotes were received:
Lynch Chevrolet $50,684.28
Horter Chevrolet $51,224.00
Lynch Dodge $62,552.00
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and Finance Committee have reviewed the
proposed purchase and have recommended acceptance of the quote from Lynch
Chevrolet in the amount of $50,684.28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the quote submitted by Lynch Chevrolet in the amount of $50,684.28 for the purchase
of a new Utilities Cube Van.
