COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #059-2008
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE SUBMITTED BY MUNICIPAL WELL & PUMP FOR
WELLS #2 AND #7 MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, Municipal Well & Pump has submitted a quote for the maintenance of
Wells #2 and #7; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee recommended that the quote submitted by
Municipal Well & Pump be accepted for a total not to exceed $46,770; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the quote and recommends
acceptance to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee and Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the quote submitted by Municipal Well & Pump for the
maintenance of Wells #2 and #7 for a total cost not to exceed $46,700.
