RESOLUTION #058-2008
APPROVAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
CRICKET COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached License
Agreement between the City of Muskego and Cricket Communications, Inc. subject to
review and approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Agreement in the name of the City and make any technical corrections that
may be necessary, in consultation with the City Attorney.
