COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #057-2008
AUTHORIZING THAT 2007 PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX BE RESCINDED
FROM THE TAX ROLL
WHEREAS, The City Assessor has reported that two businesses reported the same
asset for personal property tax purposes, which resulted in a double assessment; and
WHEREAS, The City Assessor is requesting that $181.69 be rescinded from the tax roll
for Assist to Sell (PA 083) pursuant to Wis. Statutes 74.33 (1) (e); and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the amount of $181.69 be
rescinded from the tax roll for Assist to Sell (PA 083).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
that $181.69 be rescinded from the 2007 tax roll for Assist to Sell (PA 083).
