RESOLUTION #052-2008
APPROVAL OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF WEST RYAN ROAD IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO UNDER A CITY OF FRANKLIN
ROAD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The City has coordinated with the City of Franklin to have Muskego’s
section of Ryan Road done as part of their 2008 road construction contract; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the “Intergovernmental Agreement
for the Reconstruction of West Ryan Road in the City of Muskego Under a Franklin
Road Construction Contract” and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Intergovernmental Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer to
execute it in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or City Administrator are authorized to
make any technical corrections in consultation with the City Attorney.
