RESOLUTION #041-2008
APPROVAL OF REQUEST BY
TESS CORNERS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
FOR RESCUE RELATED EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, The Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has submitted a request to
purchase the following with funding to be taken from the Rescue Special Revenue
Fund:
Software to Communicate to the State of
Wisconsin Data Base $ 2,500.00
Upgrade for Two Life Pack 12’s
($7,702 each) 15,404.00
Total $17,904.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed purchases; and
WHEREAS, Payment for the equipment purchased by the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department will be based on the actual cost as supported by invoices submitted to the
City not to exceed the above amounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the purchases of the equipment listed above based on the actual costs as supported by
invoices submitted by the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department not to exceed the
total amount set forth above.
