RESOLUTION #040-2008
RESOLUTION TO SET THE WAGE FOR THE POSITION
OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR’S OFFICE
WHEREAS, The position of Administrative Assistant to the Mayor’s Office became
vacant in December of 2007; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council funded the position for 2008 and approved filling it;
and
WHEREAS, The 2008 salary range for the position is as follows:
Minimum $41,153 divided by 2,080 hours = $19.79/hour
Midpoint $55,532 divided by 2,080 hours = $24.25/hour
Maximum $65,750 divided by 2,080 hours = $28.71/hour
WHEREAS, The Mayor has selected Claire Lederhaus to fill the position; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the hourly rate to be paid to the
selected candidate who will be employed on a part-time basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
that the 2008 hourly wage to be paid to the individual selected to fill the position of
Administrative Assistant to the Mayor’s Office is $19.79/hour.
