Approval of Carriers for City’s Insurance
For February – December, 2008
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation
of the Committee of the Whole, does hereby approve insurance coverage for the City of
Muskego as follows:
$25,000 Self Insured Retention Program through the Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance
Company with Third Party Administrator Services
Liability Insurance Program with Limits as Presented in Formal Proposals for 2008 Received by
the City
General Liability
Auto Liability
Public Officials Liability
Police Professional Liability
Employment Practice Liability Insurance
Crime
Boiler & Machinery
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby approve the purchase of
Worker’s Compensation Insurance through CVMIC Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to execute the
necessary documents in the name of the City.
