RESOLUTION #029-2008
APPROVAL OF PC REPLACEMENT FOR
LIBRARY PUBLIC ACCESS
WHEREAS, The Information Systems Director has requested to replace the 30 PCs
used by the public at the library; and
WHEREAS, The total cost of the replacement is $33,064 with the City expending the
funds for the purchase and receiving reimbursement of $22,043 from the Friends of the
Library and Library Board Trust Fund; and
WHEREAS, The City’s portion of $11,021 for the PC replacement will be taken from the
approved 2008 Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval of the PC replacement at a total cost of $33,064.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the replacement of 30 PCs for library public access at a total cost of $33,064 with the
City’s portion to be $11,021, which is within the approved 2008 Capital Budget.
