APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
Candlewood Village, LLC
WHEREAS, City Engineers R. A. Smith & Associates, Inc. have recommended a
reduction in the letter of credit for the Candlewood Village, LLC in the amount of
$22,638.15; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for the
Candlewood Village, LLC be reduced by $22,638.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for the Candlewood Village, LLC in the amount of
$22,638.15.
