COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #009-2008
ACCEPTANCE OF PERMANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT
(Fairbanks - W186 S7756 Lincoln Drive)
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee recommended acceptance of the attached
easement made by Leonard and Cheryl Fairbanks for the purpose of installation,
repair, maintenance, reconstruction, access, and operations of a storm sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the easement made by Leonard and Cheryl Fairbanks for the construction of a
permanent storm sewer along Lincoln Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the easement in the name of the City.
