COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #005-2008
HONORING CITY OF MUSKEGO EAGLE SCOUT
NATHAN C. BOGNAR
WHEREAS, NATHAN BOGNAR, resident of the City of Muskego and a
freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, attained the rank of
Eagle Scout as a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 18; and
WHEREAS, This achievement is the result of years of service and
dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, As a scout, NATHAN earned 21 merit badges, was a member of
the Order of the Arrow, and served as Assistant Patrol Leader, Librarian,
Historian, and Troop Guide; and
WHEREAS, For his Eagle Scout project, NATHAN constructed and installed
three picnic tables for the Engel Conservation area for visitors. In addition,
three Aldo Leopold benches were built and installed along the trails for
hikers to sit and enjoy the scenery; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to
recognize the achievements of NATHAN BOGNAR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby commend NATHAN C. BOGNAR for achieving the
rank of Eagle Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required
to reach scouting’s highest honor.
