COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #004-2008
HONORING CITY OF MUSKEGO EAGLE SCOUT
KYLE R. GRAHAM
WHEREAS, KYLE GRAHAM, resident of the City of Muskego and a
freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, attained the rank of
Eagle Scout as a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 18; and
WHEREAS, This achievement is the result of years of service and
dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, As a scout, KYLE earned 23 merit badges, was a member of the
Order of the Arrow, and served as Patrol Leader, Assistant Patrol Leader,
Senior Patrol Leader and Historian; and
WHEREAS, For his Eagle Scout project, KYLE built a three-sided
permanent enclosure that houses handicap accessible bathrooms at
Denoon Park. The enclosure is located in the boat launching parking lot of
the park. The project benefited the City and the Muskego Parks and
Recreation Department. The area residents now enjoy an enhanced view of
the park; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to
recognize the achievements of KYLE GRAHAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby commend KYLE R. GRAHAM for achieving the
rank of Eagle Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required
to reach scouting’s highest honor.
