TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE NOTICE OF
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE PENDING RESOLUTION
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN VACATE STREET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, will consider on the Tuesday, October 10, 2006 in the Muskego Room at
Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, a resolution to
discontinue and vacate as a street the following described real estate, to wit:
Being part of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 14, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 14; thence N
8752’08” E, 1340.67 feet; thence N 0108’36” W, 1332.94 feet; thence N 8800’16” W
30.00 feet; to the point of beginning; thence N 0108’36” W, 4.97 feet; thence S
4708’32” E, 486.89 feet; thence S 8800’16” W, 42.54 feet; thence N 4708’32” W,
427.77 feet; thence N 0108’36” W, 36.73 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
13,720 sq.ft. more or less. (See Attached map)
That said resolution affects the title to the real estate situated in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, as shown on the map attached hereto.
