Excerpts of Minutes of a Meeting
of the Common Council of the
City of Muskego
A duly-convened meeting of the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, was called, noticed,
held and conducted in the manner required by the Common Council
and the pertinent Wisconsin Statutes on January 25, 2005. The
Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.
The following Alderpersons were present:
Aldermen Salentine, Patterson, Buckmaster, Borgman
Melcher, Schroeder and Madden
The following Alderpersons were absent: None
(Here occurred business not pertinent to the note and bond
issues.)
The following resolution was then moved by Ald. Salentine
and seconded by Ald. Madden:
Resolution No. 28-2005
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF
$1,585,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES
(A true copy of the resolution as adopted is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.)
Upon the vote being taken, the following voted
Aye: Salentine, Patterson, Buckmaster, Borgman, Melcher,
Schroeder and Madden
Nay: None
Abstaining: None
and the resolution was declared adopted.

and seconded by Ald. Salentine:
Resolution No. 29-2005
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF
$4,315,000 SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS
(A true copy of the resolution as adopted is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.)
Upon the vote being taken, the following voted
Aye: Salentine, Patterson, Buckmaster, Borgman, Melcher,
Schroeder and Madden
Nay: None
Abstaining: None
and the resolution was declared adopted.
(Here occurred business not pertinent to the note and bond
issues.)
Upon motion made and seconded, the Common Council
adjourned.
