COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #063-2005
REJECTION OF OFFER TO SELL PROPERTY IN
MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, The Rules and Regulations of Muskego’s Industrial Park state that if an
owner of property in the park wishes to sell land, it must first be offered to the City; and
WHEREAS, The Engineering/Building Inspection Director has reviewed an offer from
Apollo Development LLC regarding a potential sale of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, in the
Industrial Park and has recommended rejection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reject Apollo Development’s offer to sell property located in the
Muskego Industrial Park.
