COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #060-2005
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
BONESTROO ROSENE ANDERLIK AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, The Engineering/Building Inspection Director has proposed that the City
enter into an Agreement with Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik and Associates, Inc. to
provide general engineering services for those projects on which the City desires their
services, on an as-needed basis in conjunction with the City’s projects; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached Agreement and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Agreement between the City of Muskego and Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik and
Associates, Inc., to provide engineering services subject to review and approval of the
City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the City.
