PCR2007114 ./PCR2007114_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 114-2007 Print 90 RESOLUTION #P.C. 114-2007  APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY ON THE MUNICIPAL WATER TOWER IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 17 (W188 S8273 MERCURY DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2225.999.001)     WHEREAS, On November 15, 2007 a submittal was received from Cricket Communications for the installation of various wireless facilities to be located on the existing Municipal Water Tower located in the Muskego Industrial Park at W188 S8273 Mercury Drive (Tax Key No. 2225.999.001), and   WHEREAS, The proposal will replace existing antennas on top of the water tower and will house equipment inside the facilities already present at the base of the tower, and   WHEREAS, Twelve antennas exist on top of the tower already and the proposal will remove six and replace three, resulting in a total of nine antennas on top of the tower, and   WHEREAS, All proposed equipment will be housed inside existing buildings at the base of the tower, and   WHEREAS, No landscape or grading plans are required as all facilities will be located inside existing approved buildings on the property, and   WHEREAS, A structural analysis is provided showing sufficient structural integrity of the tower.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Building, Site and Operation Plan submitted by Cricket Communications for the installation of various wireless facilities to be located on the existing Municipal Water Tower located in the Muskego Industrial Park at W188 S8273 Mercury Drive (Tax Key No. 2225.999.001).   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner must first receive approval from Council for a lease agreement before building permits will be allowed.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.                                                   Plan Commission                                                 City of Muskego   Adopted:  December 4, 2007 Denied: Deferred:     Introduced: December 4, 2007   ATTEST:  Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
