PCR2007109 ./PCR2007109_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 109-2007 Print BestFit 6 pt 6 pt 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 109-2007 RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL TO REZONE THE DIEKFUSS PROPERTY FROM THE A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO RCE COUNTRY ESTATE DISTRICT FOR A FUTURE LAND DIVISION LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 28 (TAX KEY NO. 2270.995 / W186 S9656 PARKER DRIVE) WHEREAS, On October 22, 2007 a petition for rezoning was submitted by John H. Diekfuss to rezone a property from the A-1 Agricultural District to RCE County Estate District (Tax Key No. 2270.995 / W186 S9656 Parker Drive), and WHEREAS, The application for the rezoning states that the reason for the rezoning is because the petitioner intends on doing a future land division, and   WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning was heard before the Common Council on November 27, 2007, and WHEREAS, The petition would allow single-family residential uses, as defined in the zoning, and   WHEREAS, Any formal land divisions on this property will require a Certified Survey Map (CSM) to be submitted and approved by the Plan Commission and Common Council, and   WHEREAS, The property is currently served by private on-site sewer and water, and   WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts the property for rural density residential uses and said rezoning is consistent with the plan. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning from the A-1 Agricultural District to RCE County Estate District for the John Diekfuss property (Tax Key No. 2270.995 / W186 S9656 Parker Drive).   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any formal land divisions on this property will require Certified Survey Map (CSM) to be submitted and approved by the Plan Commission and Common Council.   Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted:    December 4, 2007 Defeated:   Deferred: Introduced: December 4, 2007 ATTEST: Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
