PCR2007103 PCR2007103_filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 103-2007 Print BestFit RESOLUTION #P.C. 103-2007 APPROVAL OF AN ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE CESAR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 29 (TAX KEY NO. 2273.997.002 / W194 S9675 RACINE AVENUE)   WHEREAS, On October 10, 2007 a site plan and building drawings were submitted to construct a 396 square foot accessory structure (18’ x 22’) on the property located at W194 S9675 Racine Avenue, and   WHEREAS, The property is zoned RC-1 Country Residence District, and whereas said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review due to more than one accessory structure on the lot as per design guidelines for residential uses, and   WHEREAS, A 35’ x 26’ detached garage (910 square feet) and a home residence currently reside on the property, and   WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures on this property is limited to 2,015 square feet, and said proposal meets the bulk requirements of the Zoning Code, and   WHEREAS, The combined total of the two (2) accessory structures will be 1,306 square feet, which is at the allowed limit, and   WHEREAS, The structure is proposed to be constructed with vinyl siding and a dimensional shingle roof and said proposal does meet the Plan Commission’s standards for administrative approval of residential accessory structures as the siding and roof materials are of a residential quality and the colors of the building will match the colors of the existing house on the property, and   WHEREAS, The proposed height is 12.5 feet, as measured by code.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 396 square foot accessory structure submitted by William Cesar for a property located at W194 S9675 Racine Avenue.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed height of the building cannot exceed 15 feet in height, as measured by code requirements.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the colors of the proposed building must match the colors of the existing home and accessory structure.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the floor of the building must be concrete.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the building cannot be used for the operations of any business activities.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.   Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:    November 6, 2007 Defeated:   Deferred: Introduced: November 6, 2007 ATTEST: Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
