APPROVAL OF SEVEN (7) EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS
FOR THE L & T DEVELOPMENT, LLC. PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE ¼ OF SECTION 12, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, On July 23, 2007 seven (7) separate Certified Survey Maps for one (1) lot land divisions each were submitted by L & T Development, LLC. for a property located in the NE ¼
of Section 12, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the seven (7) extraterritorial Certified Survey Maps, each creating a one (1) lot land division of the L & T Development,
LLC. property located in the NE ¼ of Section 12, Town of Waterford, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the City Planning Commission Certificate the signatures should read Chairman John R. Johnson and Secretary Kellie Renk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the Common Council Certificate the signatures should read Mayor John R. Johnson and City Clerk/Treasurer Janice Moyer.
