APPROVAL FOR A TEMPORARY SEASONAL GARDEN CENTER FOR PAUL RAPALA AT THE PREMIER LIMOUSINE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W17510 JANESVILLE ROAD
(TAX KEY NO. 2192.973)
WHEREAS, A request for the temporary garden center by Paul Rapala has been submitted for an area of the Premier Limousine property at S75 W17510 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to erect a temporary 17’ X 18' green house and various plant benches for display purposes located north of the structure along Park Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed dates of operation will be from May 1 to July 31 of the 2007, and the hours of operation will be 7 days a week from dusk to dawn, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the temporary garden center subject to the following conditions:
1. Dates of operation only approved from May 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007, and
2. Hours of operation permitted only from dusk to dawn 7 days a week, and
3. A Transient Merchant License must be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office.
4. The center must remain in good condition and if any complaints should arise, the Planning Commission must be aware for possible further determination.
