PCR2007041 PCR2007041_filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C.041-2007 Print BestFit RESOLUTION #P.C. 041-2007 APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT FOR CREEKSIDE ESTATES LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ & SE ¼ OF SECTION 33 AND THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 34 IN THE TOWN OF VERNON   WHEREAS, On February 13, 2007, an Extraterritorial Final Plat for a nineteen (19) lot and eleven (11) outlot land division was submitted by Dolls Creekside Estates, LLC. for Creekside Estates Subdivision located in the NE ¼ & SE ¼ of Section 33 and the SW ¼ of Section 34, Town of Vernon, and   WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision regulations, and   WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and   WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the Extraterritorial Final Plat creating a nineteen (19) lot and eleven (11) outlot land division for Creekside Estates Subdivision located in the NE ¼ & SE ¼ of Section 33 and the SW ¼ of Section 34, Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to the Common Council.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That two City certificates are required on the Plat, one being the Common Council Certificate with signature spaces for John R. Johnson, Mayor and Janice Moyer, Clerk/Treasurer, and the other being the Plan Commission Certificate with signature spaces for John R.
