APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE B.C. & J. DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On February 2, 2007 a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by B.C. & J. Development, LLC. for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, Town
of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the B.C. & J. Development property located
in the NE ¼ of Section 4, Town of Norway, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
