PCR2007011 ./PCR2007011_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 011-2007 Print 86 6 pt 6 pt 0   RESOLUTION #P.C. 011-2007 APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW A SEASONAL GARDEN CENTER FOR PAUL RUSZKIEWICZ AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE (MUSKEGO CENTER-SENTRY PARKING LOT / TAX KEY NO. 2192.973)   WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of bedding plants by Paul Ruskiewicz has been submitted for the parking lot of the Muskego Centre / Sentry Store at W189 S7847 Racine Avenue, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to erect a temporary 21' X 48' green house located at the southeast corner of the parking lot near the southern entry, being generally between the shopping center and McDonald's, and   WHEREAS, The proposed dates of operation will be from May 1 to July 1 of the 2007, 2008, and 2009 calendar years, and the hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm and on Sunday from 9am to 6pm, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the temporary sale of bedding plants subject to the following conditions:   1.      Dates of operation only approved from May 1, 2007, to July 1, 2007; May 1, 2008 to July 1, 2008, and May 1, 2009 to July 1, 2009 and   2.      Hours of operation permitted only from 9am to 9pm Monday thru Saturday and from 9am to 6pm on Sundays, and 3.      A letter of approval from the property owner must be submitted to the Planning Department approving rental space for three years to Mr. Ruszkiewicz with the understanding that only one temporary use will be allowed on site at a time, and 4.      Applicable permits / licensing must be obtained from the Building Inspection department prior to any site work on the property. 5.      A Transient Merchant License must be obtained yearly from the City Clerk’s Office.   Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:        February 6, 2007    Defeated:        Deferred:         Introduced:             February 6, 2007 ATTEST:            Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
