BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The plat must show the location of the waste disposal systems on the plat.  Please also show the appropriate setbacks as per Waukesha County.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The plat must show the location of the soil tests and give us a copy of the corresponding report.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all the wetlands, along with a 50-foot buffer, shall be included in preservation easements. This is due to the City’s Chapter 34 Stormwater Ordinances showing that the wetlands on the plat are highly susceptible wetlands, which require 50-foot setbacks.  The developers should deliver evidence that the wetlands are less susceptible as determined by the DNR if they would like reduced setbacks from the wetlands and preservation easements.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The tree survey should be updated as need be, with City Forester approval, to only show those trees, which will be removed as part of the grading and development of the lots. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Preservation easements found on the plat must be followed and all trees in these areas preserved.  Further, all other trees outside of the preservation easement should be preserved to the maximum extent possible.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to Developer’s Agreements and a Letter of Credit being approved by the City’s Finance Committee and Common Council.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital file of this Plat shall be submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance No. 1118 and Resolution #196-2002.      Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted:   February 6, 2007 Defeated: Deferred:    Introduced: February 6 2007 ATTEST: Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
