PCR2006132 ./PCR2006132_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 132-2006 Print BestFit 6 pt 6 pt 0 RESOLUTION #P.C.132-2006 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR C.I. BANKER WIRE AND IRON WORKS LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY NO. 2228.999.005 / S84 W19120 ENTERPRISE DRIVE) WHEREAS, On November 15, 2006 plans were submitted by C.I. Banker Wire and Iron Works for an amendment to the Building, Site and Operation Plan for their property located in the SE ¼ of Section 17 (S84 W19120 Enterprise Drive  / Tax Key No. 2228.999.005), and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned I-1 Industrial Park District, and said use is a permitted use by right subject to Building Site and Operation Plan approvals, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner was approved to construct a 12,000 square-foot addition to the front of the existing building under #P.C. 029-2006, and   WHEREAS, One of the conditions of their BSO Amendment was that the Planning Commission wanted to see guardrails placed along the sides of the eastern sunken truck dock, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner is now requesting to be able to not install the eastern rail along the eastern truck dock, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner has stated in their submittal that they feel that the guardrail creates a safety hazard in the winter by inhibiting snow removal and causing icing of the driveway to the office parking lot, and   WHEREAS, The Planning Department feels the guardrail enhances the safety near this sunken truck dock since it creates a separation between the sunken dock and the parking lot.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for C.I. Banker Wire and Iron Works located in the SE ¼ of Section 17 (S84 W19120 Enterprise Drive  / Tax Key No. 2228.999.005).   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all other conditions of all previous resolutions and all conditions of the issued Building Permit are still in effect. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
