PCR2006124 PCR2006124_filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 124-2006 Print BestFit RESOLUTION #P.C. 124-2006 APPROVAL OF A SECOND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE FIRTH PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 2 (TAX KEY NO. 2168.037 / S69 W14352 CORNELL DRIVE)   WHEREAS, On October 11, 2006 a site plan and building drawings were submitted by J.D. Griffith to construct a 440 square foot accessory structure (20’ x 22’) on the property located at S69 W14352 Cornell Drive, and   WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3 Suburban Residence District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review due to more than one accessory structure on the lot as per design guidelines for residential uses, and   WHEREAS, A 15’ x 8.5’ accessory structure, a 14’ x 28’ accessory structure (which is going to be razed) and a home residence currently reside on the property, and   WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures on this property is limited to 720 square feet, and said proposal meets the bulk requirements of the Zoning Code, and   WHEREAS, The combined total of both accessory structures will be 568 square feet, which is within the allowed limit, and   WHEREAS, The structure is proposed to be constructed with vinyl siding and an asphalt shingled roof and said proposal does meet the Plan Commission’s standards for administrative approval of residential accessory structures as the siding and roof materials do match the materials used on the primary residence, and   WHEREAS, The proposed height will be approximately ten (10) feet, as measured by code, and this is allowed by right.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 440 square foot accessory structure submitted by J.D. Griffith for a property located at S69 W14352 Cornell Drive.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the colors of the proposed accessory structure must match the colors of the existing house.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.   Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:    November 7, 2006 Defeated:   Deferred: Introduced: November 7, 2006 ATTEST: Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
