PCR2006116 ./PCR2006116_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 116-2006 Print 90 6 pt 6 pt 0 RESOLUTION #P.C.116-2006 APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR PARADISE POOLS LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY NO. 2225.984 / S80 W19025 JANESVILLE ROAD) WHEREAS, On August 29, 2006 plans were submitted by Ronald Richardson for an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for Paradise Pools located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2225.984 / S80 W19025 Janesville Road), and   WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/OOS Suburban Residence District with an Office and Special Service Overlay District and the commercial use is allowed by right, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to construct a new 1,800 square foot accessory storage garage on the property and supporting impervious surfaces (approximately 3,120 square feet of asphalt), and   WHEREAS, The current property has a principal commercial structure upon it along with parking and access for employees, commercial uses, and patrons, and   WHEREAS, The owner currently uses the rear of the property for storage of commercial vehicles and miscellaneous outdoor storage and the new accessory building will house all outdoor storage once complete, and   WHEREAS, The proposed accessory structure will be constructed of asphalt shingles and concrete masonry block, and all materials and colors will match the existing principal commercial structure, and   WHEREAS, Additional stormwater management is not required as the additional impervious surfaces totals less than a half acre.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the amended Building, Site and Operation for Paradise Pools located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2225.984 / S80 W19025 Janesville Road).   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all outdoor storage of materials and commercial vehicles shall be stored inside of the new accessory structure once occupancy is given.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.     Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted:    September 5, 2006 Denied:  Deferred:    Introduced: September 5, 2006 ATTEST: Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
