APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR C.I. BANKER WIRE & IRON WORKS LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY NO. 2228.999.005 / S84 W19120 ENTERPRISE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On August 3, 2006 a Landscape Plan was submitted by C.I. Banker Wire for their property located in the SE ¼ of Section 17 (S84 W19120 Enterprise Drive / Tax Key No. 2228.999.005),
and
WHEREAS, There was a previously approved landscape plan for this site under their most recent BSO Amendment, and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission requested that the petitioner submit a formal Landscape Plan for Plan Commission approval to handle the screening issues that were at hand, and
WHEREAS, The additional plan includes screening plantings to help screen the outdoor storage and refuse/recycle bins, and
WHEREAS, The City Forester has reviewed and approved the submitted landscape plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the landscape plan for C.I. Banker Wire located in the SE ¼ of Section 17 (S84 W19120 Enterprise Drive / Tax Key No.
2228.999.005).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all other areas of the site not covered under this plan must follow the previously approved landscape plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if into the future any plantings die or are in poor condition, they must be replaced to match this approved landscape plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of said costs must
be submitted to the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
